run in the family
To be a common feature in a particular family. 如果说某项特质在某个家庭中世代相传，就是something runs in the family. 例如：
Heart disease runs in the family.
Artistic talent seems to run in the family.
come around / round (to something)
To change your mood or your opinion. 如果你对某事改变想法，就叫做come around to something，例如：
He’ll never come round to our way of thinking.
另外，它也表示去某人家里做短暂的拜访，例如：
Do come around and see us some time.
be (all) for the best
有时候有些做法跟决定目前看起来很糟或者很让人痛心，但是从长远的角度来讲，这是最好的做法和打算。语义上有时很像我们常说的“长痛不如短痛”。例如：
I don’t want you to leave, but perhaps it’s for the best.
