Part of why runners love to run or jog is because you don't have to learn how to master equipment, you don't have to get to a group class at a certain time, and you don't need a membership. You don't have to buy hand weights or master choreography. You just lace up those running shoes, put on that sports bra and dash out your front door.
跑步者喜欢长跑和慢跑部分原因在于不需要学如何掌握器材,不需要固定时间参加集体课程,不需要入会资格。不需要购买哑铃,也不用掌握编舞,你只要系好鞋带,穿上运动文胸,冲出家门即可。
