　　“清楚明白滴”(in a way that is very easy to understand)。例如：

　　I heard you loud and clear.

　　The message is coming through loud and clear.

　　back on one’s feet

　　这个用英文解释会更准确一些：completely well or in a normal state again after an illness or a time of trouble. 例如：

　　Sue is back on her feet again after her operation.

　　The new chairman hopes to get the company back on its feet within six months.

　　hard-won

　　这个形容词一般放在名词前，表示“来之不易的”(that you only get after fighting or working hard for it)。例如：

　　She was not going to give up her hard-won freedom so easily.

　　game plan

　　不要按字面意思理解为“游戏计划”，它其实是a plan for success in the future, especially in sport, politics or business。例如：

　　She stuck to her game plan of staying back and hitting the ball hard from the baseline.

　　OK，这几最后我们的Bonnie决定做life coach (a person who is employed by somebody to give them advice about how to achieve the things they want in their life and work). 嗯，interesting…(呵呵)。
