  1. Diet and exercise boasters

Those who tell you how far they've cycled, how fast they ranand how many pounds they've shed.

  2. People who share pictures of every meal

People who tell you about every meal are boring enough. These people, for reasons nobody canfathom, photograph it.

  3. Cryptic status writers

Some are mysterious: "I can't believe that just happened!" Others are passive aggressive: "Don'tyou hate it when people promise to do something and then let you down?" One thing's for sure - ifyou ask them what they're on about, they'll clam up.

  4. Proud parents

Of course your child is special and amazing to you. The rest of us don't need to know about everystep, sniffle or funny saying.

  5. People who share very personal details

"You've got blood coming out of where?" Yes, some people share information that should bereserved for very close friends and trained medical staff only.

  6. Constant engagers who like and comment

Liking a status update or commenting on a post can be supportive and engaging. It can also feel abit like stalking if you do it too much.

  7. Self-promoters

I would really like your business to succeed. I would like that almost as much as I would like you tostop talking about it.
