Nearly 40 years after the discovery, filmmaker Bill Morrison has spliced the "Dawson City Collection" into a found-footage experience akin to a Ken Burns documentary. Dawson City: Frozen Time chronicles the Klondike Goldrush, and a town's turbulent history.
