　　The Big Bang Theory has been dominating our TV screens since 2007, but have you ever wondered what the cast did before they were playing doctors, scientists, and hopeful waitresses? We all know that Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and Johnny Galecki were on popular shows before TBBT, but what about the rest of the cast? Not everyone was previously famous before they started working on this hit CBS show!

　　Unlike some of his co-stars, Jim Parsons didn't get up to too much work before he was onTBBT. His first acting credit was on the TV series Ed back in 2002. But who remembers his small role in Zach Braff's movie Garden State in 2004?

　　Before TBBT, Johnny Galecki gained fame from playing Darlene's boyfriend David onRoseanne in the early '90s. Before that, he was on the TV show Billy as David MacGregor and even before that, he was Danny Nash on American Dreamer, a short lived situation-comedy that aired on NBC in 1991.

　　One of Kaley's first acting credits was on the popular '90s shows My So-Called Life, starring Claire Danes and Jared Leto. She played a young Angela in the episode "Father Figures". After that she had a small guest role on Ellen in 1996. As we all know, she garnered extreme success playing the older daughter (even though she was the younger actress) on 8 Simple Rules with John Ritter and Katey Sagal.

　　The best "before they were famous" moment is easily Simon Helberg's. You might remember Hilary Duff? Queen of the early '00s. She did a movie with Chad Michael Murrayback in 2004, A Cinderella Story. Well, Simon Helberg was not yet famous, and played the creepy guy that really wanted to date Hilary's character. Not totally unlike Wolowitz before he met Bernadette.

　　Unlike his other co-stars, Kunal Nayyar didn't have many acting credits before TBBT started in 2007. He was in the 2004 movie S.C.I.E.N.C.E. as the pizza man. After that, he was in an episode of NCIS as Youssef Zidan.

　　Obviously we know that before she was our favorite neuroscientist, she was Blossom Russo on Blossom. But before she made a name for herself on that hit NBC show, she was in theBette Midler film Beaches as a young CC. She also appeared on The Facts of Life as Jennifer Cole.

　　The same year Bernadette first appeared on TBBT, Melissa Rauch was in I Love You, Man. But before that, she didn't have much acting experience. She was briefly on the show Kath & Kim as Tina in 2008.

　　We may know him as a lovably pathetic comic book store owner, but some people might recognize Kevin Sussman from his days as Walter on Ugly Betty. Way before that, he was in the cult classic film Wet Hot American Summer as Steve.
