如果《环太平洋2》开拍，吉尔摩·德尔·托罗想麦茜·威廉姆斯出演

　　吉尔摩·德尔·托罗希望《权利的游戏》主演麦茜·威廉姆斯出现在《环太平洋2》里，如果这部电影有戏的话。

　　本周初，环球影业和传奇影业确认《环太平洋2》的拍摄推迟，原因是这部作品还有很多前期工作要做。尽管这部电影不在环球影业的日程上，也阻止不了导演尔摩·德尔·托罗作为死忠粉为该片选角，因为他在推特上说他心里已经想好了一个《权利的游戏》主演了。

　　除了出演即将在明年播出的《权利的游戏》第六季外，我们还可以在《神秘博士》第九集里看见威廉姆斯。

　　《环太平洋2》开始是打算在2017年4月7号发行的，然后又被推迟到2017年8月4号，最终又被移出日程表。环球影业称他们肯定会做出《环太平洋2》的，我们推迟它的原因是创投小组需要更多的时间去制作超过前作的视觉体验。

　　《环太平洋》在2013年暑期档播出，国内只收获了一亿一百万票房，但是全球票房却有4亿。前作的主演有查理·杭南，伊德瑞斯·艾尔巴，菊地凛子，查理·戴以及罗伯特·卡辛斯基，马克思·马丁和·普尔曼。

　　Earlier this week, Universal Studios and Legendary confirmed reports that Pacific Rim 2had been delayed as development work continued on the upcoming sequel. Despite the film no longer being on Universal’s calendar, that’s not stopping director Guillermo del Toro from fan-casting the film as he wrote on Twitter that he’s got on particular “Game of Thrones” star in mind.

　　In addition to the upcoming sixth season of “Game of Thrones” set to air next year, Williams can next be seen in two episodes of series 9 of “Doctor Who.”

　　Pacific Rim 2 was originally scheduled for release on April 7, 2017 before being pushed to August 4, 2017 and ultimately removed from the calendar altogether. In a statement, Universal declared they were “committed to having ‘Pacific Rim 2,'” but that the delay was needed so the “creative team can continue in its efforts to exceed the amazing experience of the first film.”

　　Pacific Rim hit theaters in summer 2013 and grossed just $101 million at the domestic box office but went on to take in over $400 million worldwide. The original film starred Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Rinko Kikuchi, Charlie Day, Robert Kazinsky, Max Martini, and Ron Perlman.
