　　那么问题来了，如何断定这个穿着蓝色T恤衫且微微发福的中年大叔，就是首相卡梅伦呢?因为随后就有人拍到卡梅伦跑回唐宁街的照片。证据确凿，就是他了。

　　The 44-year-old added: 'I can't believe that!'
