Apple is bringing its new support application to the app store in the US.
在美国，苹果正在把自己新的支持应用程序带到APP商店。
The personalized Apple Support App allows users to contact the company’s support technicians for help, schedule in-store appointments for a later date, and locate official repair workers nearby. It recognizes all devices registered on each user’s iCloud account.
个性化的苹果支持应用程序允许用户联系公司技术支持人员获取帮助并且安排日后店内约见，还能寻找附近的官方维修人员。它可以识别每个用户iCloud帐户上注册的所有设备。
The app launched in the Netherlands in November, as a test, and techcrunch.com reports that the group plans to roll it out in other countries shortly.
今年11月，该应用程序在荷兰推出并且试用，techcrunch.com报道，苹果团队打算尽快在其他国家推出此款应用程序。
