据美国《华盛顿邮报》报道，美国俄勒冈州确诊首例不明来源的新冠肺炎病例，这也是美国确诊的第三例不明来源的新冠肺炎病例者。

　　报道称，该患者来自华盛顿郡，没有前往疫情严重地区旅行的已知记录，也没有接触过已知的新冠肺炎病例。这也是俄勒冈州首例新冠肺炎确诊病例。

　　A northwest Oregon resident has tested positive for coronavirus with no known history of travel to countries severely affected by the outbreak and no known contact with infected individuals, state health officials said Friday.

　　The case, in Washington County, marks the third case of unknown origin in the United States and indicates that the virus is spreading. It is also the first coronavirus case in Oregon.

　　根据美国广播公司（ABC News）的消息，当地卫生部门称该病例通过美国疾控中心试剂盒确诊，是克拉克马斯郡一所学校的员工，可能与学校学生、工作人员有接触。

　　The case, which was diagnosed through one of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's testing kits, was found in an individual who works as a school employee in Clackamas County, who "may have exposed students and staff there," according to the Washington County Department of Health and Human Services.
