Another one of MyKuali's new 'Authentic Taste' recipes. Again, we have the excellent gauge and chew of the noodles. The broth is a thick tom yum goong – strong shrimp, lemongrass and tomato notes abound as well as a lot more mushroom taste in this new recipe. The heat is there as well.
又是Mykuali的新“地道风味”系列。我们再一次见识了颜值、嚼劲俱佳的面条。面汤是醇厚的冬荫功汤——满满的大虾、柠檬香草和番茄块，新食谱中还加入了更多的蘑菇风味。还是很热辣的。
