　　“Big Bang Theory” Season 11 just premiered on Monday and already there is another big problem concerning Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons).

　　In “The Proposal,” the major cliffhanger from Season 10 was addressed. Amy says “yes” to Sheldon’s question, and the two begin preparing for their big day. But during an interview, “Big Bang Theory” showrunner Steve Holland hinted on the possibility of Amy and Sheldon’s wedding not happening this season.

　　“Sheldon and Amy planning their wedding will certainly be an arc throughout the season. I can’t promise that we’ll see a wedding at the end of the season, but we’ll certainly be building towards a wedding,” he explained.

　　霍兰德解释道：“谢尔顿和艾米计划结婚典礼的这个情节将作为主线贯穿本季始终，我不能保证观众一定能够在本季末之前看到他们结婚，但我们会努力推进情节发展，使观众能够早日看到。”

　　Holland added that they are also interested in writing a bachelor and bachelorette party storyline for the couple. “We’ve written about eight episodes so far this season, and… Sheldon is actually trying to make this wedding perfect but in his own Sheldon way: being super-controlling and having opinions about everything. It’s been fun watching the two of them compromise,” he said.

　　霍兰德还补充道制作方想为这对情侣增加单身男女派对的桥段。“这一季我们目前已经写了八集，其中谢尔顿确实想把这场婚礼办得非常完美，但前提是用谢尔顿自己‘独有’的方式来进行。比如，他会体现出超强的控制欲，并且对所有事情都要一一过问并发表意见。这对欢喜冤家究竟会如何互相让步，可谓是本季的一大看点。”

　　Meanwhile, there’s another shocker in “Big Bang Theory” Season 11, episode 1. Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) and Howard (Simon Helberg) are expecting another baby. “I think we tried to play that moment very real. This was not something they were planning, so it’s a bit of a punch.” Holland said.

　　与此同时，第十一季的首集还会有一个重磅炸弹，那就是伯妮黛特(梅丽莎.劳奇 饰)和霍华德(西蒙.黑尔贝格 饰)打算要二胎。霍兰德表示：“我们想要这个情节看起来更加真实，因为这并不在他们之前的计划之内，所以可能会有一点突兀。”

　　Last season, the couple also struggled with Bernadette’s pregnancy. Howard was worried that he won’t be a good dad to Hallie since he didn’t grow up with a father figure. But a second pregnancy doesn’t mean that they are more prepared to raise a child.

　　But in the end, the people behind “Big Bang Theory” wanted to write Rauch’s real-life pregnancy into the series because it could bring exciting storylines into the mix. “We thought a surprise second baby could be a really interesting curveball to throw at Howard and Bernadette,” he said.

　　但最后《生活大爆炸》的幕后人员还是想把劳奇现实生活中怀孕的经历写到电视剧当中去，这样会给剧情增添很多惊喜元素。“我们认为这个突然降临的宝宝对于霍华德和伯尼来说一定是一个非常有趣又意想不到的‘惊喜’。”霍兰德说道。
