The best restaurant in the world is Eleven Madison Park, a New York City spot famous for serving up multi-course meals in its upscale location on Madison Avenue.

　　The honey lavender roasted duck, the academy notes, is the restaurant’s signature dish. There’s also co-owner and chef Daniel Humm’s celery root cooked in a pig’s bladder, something he considers "a career-defining creation," the academy noted.
