hard和hardly这两个词有什么区别?如果只看单词的形式，你可能会认为hardly是hard的副词形式，但实际上他们的关系并不是如此简单，一起来看看吧!
1.Hard 可作形容词和副词，作形容词时有“困难的、努力的、硬的、严厉的”的含义，作副词时有“刻苦地、猛烈地、困难地”等含义。例如：
They work so hard.
他们工作很努力。
The meat is as hard as a rock.
这块肉像石头一样硬。
2.Hardly 副词，其含义为“几乎不、几乎没有”，hardly和can连用，大约等于almost not。Hardly与anything、anyone连用时，大约等于“almost no”。例如：
She hardly ever passes her exams.
她几乎从来没有通过考试。
She is so quiet that I can hardly notice her.
她那么安静，我几乎没有注意到她。
