6. “My Boswell is learning.”

　　Boswell was a Scottish biographer whose most famous work was a biography of literary giant Samuel. His name is now a term for someone who is a constant companion and observer, which is why Holmes calls Watson his Boswell in A Scandal in Bohemia.

　　鲍斯威尔是苏格兰一位传记作者，他最著名的作品就是文学巨匠萨缪尔的传记。如今，他的名字已经成为一个术语，用来表示“如影随形的密友和观察者”，这就是为什么福尔摩斯在《波希米亚丑闻》中把华生称为他的鲍斯威尔。

　　7.“The game is afoot!”

　　We’re more used to hearing Sherlock say “The game is on!”, but the original phrase used in The Adventure of the Abbey Grange is “The game is afoot!”

　　我们经常听到夏洛克说：“游戏已经开始了(The game is on)!”但《修道院田庄的冒险》中的原话则是“The game is afoot!”。

　　8. The seven percent solution

　　7%的溶剂(指福尔摩斯服用的可卡因浓度为7%，首次出现在《四签名》中)

　　If you thought that detail was too much, don’t blame Gatiss or Moffat for it because it came straight from the novel.

　　如果你觉得细节过于繁多，千万别责怪加蒂斯或莫法特哦，因为这些细节全部来自于原著。

　　9. Ricoletti and his Abominable Bride

　　瑞科特提和他那可恶的新娘

　　The abominable bride and the name Ricoletti come from The Adventure of the Musgrave Ritual. The husband is referred to as “Ricoletti of the club-foot”, but sadly the club-foot detail has been left out. Maybe it was too much?

　　可恶的新娘和瑞科特提均选自《马斯格雷夫典礼》。新娘的丈夫就是瑞科特提，他经常出入“洗脚城”(暗示出轨);可惜的是，这一细节在影片中被省略了，或许是因为影片中的细节过于繁杂?

　　10. Irene Adler

　　艾琳·艾德勒

　　Holmes apparently has a picture of Irene Adler in his pocket watch, which may not be very far off from the literary canon. At the end of A Scandal in Bohemia, the detective asks for a picture of her as payment for his services.

　　福尔摩斯的怀表上有张艾琳·艾德勒的照片，这并过于未脱离原著，因为在《波希米亚丑闻》的结尾处，福尔摩斯向她要了一张照片最为回报。
