Spider-Man will remain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Sony Pictures Entertainment and Walt Disney Studios jointly announced on Friday they will cooperate on the third film in the "Spider-Man Homecoming" series. The two companies had previously failed to reach an agreement on a financing deal. Kevin Feige will produce the third film starring Tom Holland and it is set to be released on July 16, 2021.
