哥谭第三季将会延续一贯的暗黑、犯罪风格，新一季中随着神秘的猫头鹰法庭的出现，英雄们又将面对新的选择和挑战。

　　据电视的制片方在上周六的圣地亚哥国际漫展上透露的信息，新一季发生在第二季结束后六个月后，在第二季末那些潜逃出来的疯子也将成为新的犯罪分子，包括菲什·穆尼也将登场。尽管片方没有明确表明小丑是否会回归，但是可以确定的是“小丑的意识观念”已经蔓延了整个哥谭市每一个角落。

　　作为制片人的丹尼·卡农表示：“哥谭市正处于犯罪滋生的失控状态，因此哥谭市需要与罪恶做斗争的英雄们。”

　　犯罪分子也不仅仅是跑出来的疯子罪犯们。科里·迈克尔·史密斯也确认谜语人将逃离阿卡姆，在第三季中谜语人和企鹅人之间会产生合作。

　　Gotham is keeping its promise to amp up the crazy in Season 3 with a new sizzle reel that promises "Heroes Will Fall" and signals the rise of the mysterious Court of Owls.

　　The show producers revealed during their Comic-Con panel on Saturday that the next season will puck up six months after the Season 2 finale when all of the Indian Hill experiment patients escaped, including Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett-Smith). Though the panel was mute about whether Jerome (Cameron Monaghan) would make a return in the season, they did confirm that the "Joker ideology" has spread through the city.

　　"Gotham is just going to keep spiraling out of control, which gets us to a place where they'll need our caped crusader," said executive producer Danny Cannon.

　　The Indian Hill patients won't be the only source of crazy. Cory Michael Smith also confirmed that Ed Nygma will get out of Arkham, and Season 3 will see the bromance between Ed and Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) reignited.

　　Gotham premieres September 19 at 8/7c on Fox.
