　　自从极速不再为闪电侠阻挡他而担心后，他宣称自己是中城的主宰者，他攻陷了警察局并命令他们：“告诉所有人这座城市现在是我的了，胆敢违抗我的任何人都将领便当。”然后第二天他在电视直播中杀死了那些警察。

　　The Flash Almost Gets His Powers Back, Almost

　　The Flash has gotten pretty boring since Barry lost his powers, so Zoom decided to spice things up by popping into Earth 1 to execute some run-of-the-mill homicidal-maniac-taking-over-the-world maneuvers.

　　Since Zoom didn’t have to worry about the Flash stopping him, he declared himself ruler of Central City. He took over the police station and ordered the cops: “Tell everyone the city is mine, and anyone that disobeys me will meet their end.” He then killed the cops the following day on live television.

　　After witnessing the murders, Barry decided he had to get his powers back. He climbed into a machine that Dr. Wells built, in the hopes that it would recreate the particle accelerator explosion that gave him his powers in the first place. Unfortunately, Dr. Wells may have overdone it a bit, because Barry was vaporized. Adding insult to injury, Zoom popped in to ridicule Barry’s friends, saying, “You thought you could give Flash his speed back? Well done. You’ve killed him instead.”
