Hotch (Thomas Gibson) will get arrested on Wednesday's Criminal Minds finale, and no, it's not a fake-out. Hotch gets taken into custody by the Department of Justice after getting framed for making a terrorist threat. Obviously, our BAU chief is innocent, so who is targeting him? Both Peter Lewis (Bodhi Elfman) -- aka Mr. Scratch -- and Antonia Slade (Frances Fisher) are back in the episode, but neither is behind the whole thing. The mastermind is actually someone from Hotch's past who has a much larger -- and more explosive -- plan in play that involves an unsub you've already met this season. And yes, this is all part of the cliff-hanger that will lead into a still-unannounced Season 12.
