　　Coming on the heels of the recently-released "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," the next installment in the DC Extended Universe is set to be released on August 5th: the highly-anticipated "Suicide Squad." Written and directed by David Ayer ("End of Watch," "Fury"), "Suicide Squad" follows a secret government agency that recruits imprisoned supervillains to stop the world from unforeseen threats in exchange for clemency. Some of these supervillains include Deadshot, played by Will Smith ("Six Degrees of Separation," "Concussion"), Harley Quinn, played by Margot Robbie ("The Wolf of Wall Street," "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot"), and The Joker, played by Jared Leto ("Requiem for a Dream," "Dallas Buyers Club").

　　The latest trailer for "Suicide Squad" mostly establishes and emphasizes the film's premise, but contains some interesting new tidbits for comic book fans of all stripes. First, there's some quick shots of Ben Affleck's Batman (or "Batfleck" as some like to call him), indicating that he'll play a key role in the upcoming film. Second, it plays up the film's comedy – possibly as a response to criticisms of "Batman v Superman's" grimness – with a few snippets of the Squad members bantering amongst each other and cheeky one-liners from Robbie. It's also sound tracked by the song "Ballroom Blitz" for any and all fans of the English rock band Sweet.
