　　The weeks after the Spring Festival holiday were expected tosee a job-hopping frenzy among white-collar workers.

　　春节长假后的几周，正是白领忙跳槽的高峰期。

　　According to a recent survey, only 5.1 percent of them said they didn’t want a new job, accordingto Zhaopin.com, an online recruitment agency.

　　据网上招聘平台智联招聘最近的一项调查显示，只有5.1%的人表示他们不想跳槽。

　　More than 54 percent said they had updated their resumes and were looking for newopportunities in the first quarter, compared with 47.8 percent in the first quarter of last year.

　　超过54%的人表示他们已经更新了简历，想在第一季度里找寻新机会，而去年同期的这个比例仅为47.8%。

　　The survey, released on Monday, polled more than 21,000 white-collar workers in China. It foundthat their confidence in career development had reached the lowest level in three years, especiallyfor those who work in State-owned enterprises and government-affiliated organizations, due todownward pressure on the economy.

　　这项在22号公布的、对中国2.1万多白领的调查结果显示，由于经济发展的下行压力，他们对职业生涯发展的信心已经降到了三年来最低水平，特别是那些在国有企业和政府下属机构单位工作的人。

　　White-collar workers born after 1990 also have the lowest confidence in career development, andwere active in job-hopping. About 74.8 percent of respondents born in the 1990s said theywanted to find, or had already found, new jobs in the first quarter, while more than 60 percent ofthose born in the 1960s wanted to do so.

　　90后白领的职涯发展信心也降到了最低，并且对跳槽的热情度很高。在90后的受访者中，约74.8%的人表示他们正在寻找、或已经找到新的工作，在今年的第一季度。而60后的白领中也有超过60%以上有跳槽打算。

　　The industries with the highest numbers of job-hoppers were real estate and energy, in whichmore than 70 percent had already found or wanted a new job.

　　跳槽人数最多的行业是房地产和能源行业，其中70%以上的已经在办离职或正打算离职。

　　Wang Yixin, a senior consultant at Zhaopin, said the major reasons driving the job-hopping frenzyare salary and employment outlook.

　　智联招聘高级顾问王益欣表示，薪资水平和就业前景是白领跳槽考虑的两大主要因素。

　　Wang said that only employers with good financial situations and optimistic outlooks could attractmore talent.

　　王益欣说，只有经济状况良好、就业前景乐观的企业才能吸引更多的优秀人才。

　　"The main reason behind the large number of people quitting in real estate and energy is thatprospects are not optimistic," she said.

　　她说，“房地产和能源行业有大量的人员离职正是由于发展前景不太乐观。”
