虽然在第七集过后格伦粉们并没有放下紧绷的弦，但格伦毕竟在电视剧中还活着。和原著相去甚远，电视剧选择在消失了三集过后把格伦再一次的呈现在我们面前，不得不说故事处理的有点突兀。

　　格伦的幸存正如大家所预料的一样，成功的借助尼古拉斯的尸体来掩护自己，又乘丧尸群正在享受“盛宴”时，爬到了垃圾箱底下。

　　既然在电视里格伦已然回归，那么现在也似乎可以开始倒数死神尼根将要带走他的时间了。前一秒我们还在议论格伦是生是死，后一秒我们又要开始给他的最终死期倒计时了，其中滋味我想格伦本人也很无奈吧。

　　在格伦消失的这段时间，观众已经经历了情感的过山车，一直猜想自己深爱的角色到底还活着吗。如果电视剧中的格伦最终落的跟原著漫画一样的下场，到时候粉丝们该怎么发泄这股受挫的情感。

　　那么能有什么办法让格伦一直走下去吗?

　　尼根的登场可以说是《行尸走肉》最具有标志性的时刻之一，因为在漫画中，他的出现直接导致了格伦的死亡。可以肯定的是，电视剧中尼根的登场必然需要一场大事件来承托，也许并不一定要格伦来成为他的炮灰。

　　但《行尸走肉》电视剧并不太喜欢改变漫画的故事情节，格伦的命运可能还是会按照原著的设定去走。

　　当然真到了那一步的话，粉丝们再一次纠结格伦的死也是很有意思的一件事。毕竟大家已经经历过一次，也许再一次看到格伦离开对大家来说也没什么了。

　　所以大家与其纠结格伦在季终会不会再一次离我们而去，还不如想想有有谁可以顶替格伦的宿命呢。

　　So Glenn (Steven Yeun) isn’t dead after all on “The Walking Dead” — not that many fans actually thought he was. Instead, the show chose to bring him back three episodes later and it was, well, anticlimactic.

　　It turns out those guts walkers were chewing on did, in fact, belong to Nicholas (Michael Traynor), just as fans expected. Glenn then used the feast to act as a distraction that allowed him to climb under a dumpster — again, just as fans expected.

　　Now that he’s back though, the countdown to his seemingly obvious death at the hands of Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) has begun. Unfortunately, after weeks of debate about whether or not Glenn was alive, building to his next possible death just doesn’t seem all that important.

　　Viewers have already gone through the emotional wringer, wondering whether the fan-favorite character survived. If the show ends up following the comics and has him die at the hands of Negan later in the season, it’s going to be very hard to pack the right kind of punch.

　　Is there a solution, though?

　　The introduction of Negan is one of “The Walking Dead’s” most iconic moments, as he smashes Glenn’s head in with his baseball bat, Lucille, in the graphic novels. Clearly, the show is going to need to do something to give his entrance into the series the impact it needs, but perhaps Glenn’s head doesn’t need to be on the other end of that bat.

　　After all, “The Walking Dead” does like to surprise and change pieces of the graphic novel’s story. Perhaps that’s the direction to go after this mess with Glenn.

　　It would certainly more interesting than teasing yet another Glenn death so closely to this one. After the emotional toll this one took on viewers, doing it again — regardless of how graphic it may be — would be a diluted moment.

　　So instead of wondering if Glenn’s going to bite the dust once again at the end of Season 6, try to figure out who would be a suitable replacement to surrender their life to Negan.
