　　“我认为他们不愿操之过急，尽管他们都关注对方的一举一动，”监制史蒂夫·莫拉罗说道，“这不是他们本性，尤其是谢尔顿。我们会看情况咯，如果有新的稳定关系发展的话。但是只是出去约个一两次对他们来说也很不错，还可以展开许多新情节。这次(分手)能让他们各自成长一些。”

　　Amy (Mayim Bialik) was thrown for a loop last week on The Big Bang Theory when she found out that Sheldon (Jim Parsons) had asked out two girls, when she had just turned down Kripke.

　　So is she finally ready to get back in the game? On Monday's episode, the girls use a dating app to try to find a new man for Amy, and in a future episode, Stephen Merchant and Analeigh Tipton are guest-starring as potential dates for Amy and Sheldon. But don't think any of it is love at first sight.

　　"I don't think either of them would want to jump into anything too quickly, even if one is concerned about what the other is or isn't doing," executive producer Steve Molaro tells us. "That's not in their nature, definitely not Sheldon's. We're going to play it by ear and see what, if any, steady new relationships develop, but just getting out there going on a date or two is fun and good for them and has the potential for a lot of new stories. This [breakup] is about growing them as individuals."
