If you’re on the edge of your seat after last month’s cliffhanger season 3 finale on Devious Maids, we have some good news: Lifetime has renewed the series for a fourth season.

　　如果你还没有从上个月播出的《蛇蝎女佣》第三季那扣人心弦的季终集中缓过神来，那么也许这个消息能帮你抚平一下心境。Lifetime将续订《蛇蝎女佣》的第四季啦。

　　“Devious Maids is a steady hit that continue to deliver for us,” Lifetime’s Executive Vice President of Programming Liz Gateley said with the announcement. “The show just gets better and better. I am very excited to renew it for another season.”

　　负责节目制作的副总裁Liz Gateley发表声明：“《蛇蝎女佣》这部剧一直十分地热门，将来也会越来越好，我很激动续订其第四季。”

　　Inspired by hit telenovela Ellas son… la alegría del hogar, the class warfare drama takes place among the homes of the Beverly Hills elite. The maids to these filthy rich families are the real stars of the show, and they are “as clever, witty, and downright as devilish as their employers.”

　　该剧改编自墨西哥电视剧《女佣》，故事发生在比弗利山庄，讲述居住于此的富人们与其女佣们发生的故事，这些女佣可不「简单」，她们聪明机智，却同时又像她们的雇主一样极其「邪恶」。

　　Along with UnREAL, which was recently renewed for a second season, Devious Maids is one of the only current scripted series on Lifetime.

　　携同不久前也被续订的《镜花水月》，《蛇蝎女佣》与其是Lifetime台为数不多的剧本剧集了。
