(3)Stay at home
记得我们英语老师假期后总会问:“what did you do in holiday?”然后童鞋们总会说:“I just stay at home.”
e.g. I would rather stay at home.
e.g. No, I’d rather stay at home than go out.
e.g. She likes to stay at home, but her husband is a bit of a gay dog.
(4)Homebody
Meanwhile, his wife is petite, quiet and a complete homebody. She doesn't even liketo go out to dinner.
e.g. A couple of years ago, John did a bit of soul-searching in his travels, but now he’s got a kid and is more of a homebody.
e.g. No, I'd rather not. I'm a homebody. You knew that when we met.
Couch potato
Mouse potato
e.g. You are such a couch potato on weekends!
e.g. First, my husband became a coach potato, and now my son is becoming a mouse potato.
