在本期《中国新歌声》节目中，同为四星级学员的低调组合和程思佳打响了“五强争夺战”的第一炮。低调组合演绎了迈克尔·杰克逊原唱的《Bad》，部分旋律用中文歌词改编，饶舌部分依然成为这个组合最具杀伤性的武器。虽然导师们几乎从头到尾都没有听懂低调组合的唱词，但是仍旧“不明觉厉”。

　　汪峰在看完低调组合的表演后就盛赞其表演很有力度，并表示：“自从进了杰伦的师门，刚才两位导师也说了，从他们的吐字上绝对优秀地继承了他们老师的特点，还有发扬光大。” 虽然汪峰认为低调组合继承了周杰伦吐字的特点，但导师周杰伦一样没有听懂低调组合的唱词。即便如此，他依然非常激动：“后来我看了词，原来还是内容挺不错，因为你知道有些说唱要自己写的有内容，要融合生活。像歌词里有‘停在高速公路上抓皮卡丘’，不是现在年轻人会有一些互动，我觉得他把时事都写进去，挺好玩的。”
