Do you mind working for someone younger than yourself?

　　Not at all.

　　I spent the last two years in business school studying alongside people in their 20s and 30s.

　　I did a number of group projects with some of these young people, and sometimes I worked under their leadership.

　　I found it quite exciting to be exposed to ideas and experiences of different generations because until then I didn't have much chance to interact with younger generations.
