　　I would love to work in a job in which I can work both by myself and with others to achieve the end results. I am very self-motivated, so I am interested in working in an atmosphere where I can continuously learn new things and improve my skills.

　　我喜欢这样的工作：我既能独自工作，又能与大家合作一起达成结果。我喜欢激励自己，因此我有兴趣在一个我一直能学到新东西以及提高我自身技能的地方工作。

　　I flourish in an environment that allows me to grow my position and gives learning opportunities. I like work environments where trust and team-work are keys to success. I really enjoy working with teams and feel mutual trust and respect is a necessary component to any job.

　　职位有所发展、给我学习的机会的工作环境能够让我工作表现更好。我喜欢工作环境中，信任和团队合作是成功的关键。我真的很喜欢与团队一起工作，感受大家互相信任和尊重是任何工作的必要成分。

　　I enjoy a workplace that gives enough space and helps employees to grow. There should be healthy team-work, good communication and mutual understanding between each team member. I want a workplace where there is respect for an individual’s ideas and where management always appreciates good work, as well as knowledge.

　　我喜欢一个能够提供足够的空间而且帮助员工成长的环境。要有一个健康的团队合作，成员之间要有良好的沟通和互相的理解。我想要一个能够尊重个人意见、管理部门总是欣赏优秀的工作和知识的工作环境。

　　I work for a stable job with quality supervision—a positive work culture at a successful company that will enough me to work at any best. I want a job where my skills are utilized to the maximum and I can grow within the organization.

　　我想要一份有着高质量管理的稳定工作—在一家成功的公司，有着积极的企业文化，能够鼓励我尽自己的全力。我想一个能够把我的能力发挥到最大，而且我能在组织中成长的工作。
