　　As I am a freshman, I can’t say that I am the best for our organization, but I think you can hire me because I can easily mingle with team members and will give my best for the company’s development. 　　You should hire me not just because I am highly qualified. You should hire me because I know what I do. Many people don’t realize what and why they are doing something. For work, we need to know what we are doing, and then the work experience will come. And when we realize what our job is, we will do our best because of our interest.

　　您应该聘用我不仅是因为我的能力很强。您应该聘用我是因为我知道自己在做什么。很多人不明白他们在做什么，或为何而做。工作上，我们需要知道自己在做什么，才能得到相应的工作经验。当我意识到我们的工作，我们就会因为兴趣而做到最好。
